Please indicate what type of retail establishment you have and include your resale license number with all inquiries. You will be required to submit a photo of your storefront upon request of our catalog. Please note that presently we are not accepting home-based or internet businesses.

Terms: Pre-paid - Credit Card or Check/Money Order. No net 30 terms available.
